MORE Snow ... No School so we played all day in the snow!

WOW! woke up Friday, February 12, 2010 and saw this outside. amazing for us here in east texas. this is absolutely beautiful! kids are soooooo excited: no school, so they have all day to PLAY!!! kids and i were out the door at 8:00am ... snow angels, snowball fights and a lot of snowmen. we lost one of our big trees in the back which we are very sad about ... it just couldn't handle the snow.

i had to make the girls come in to throw food down at lunch then they were back outside. sidney ate enough snow to last a lifetime. she loved laying in it too. cass would run and throw herself in the snow and she made a snow slide. hudson really enjoyed it once he figured out how to walk in it. the snow came up to his crotch - ha! it was cute!
